Language Arts

In the fourth grade language arts programs, students continue to develop their abilities to communicate through speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Language learning is integrated into all areas of study. To encourage language development, the fourth grade classroom environment offers students time, choice, and opportunity for active involvement with language.
